Dr. Neill teaches voice students at Harding University, and serves as Music Department Chair.

He also maintains a small private studio.

Dr. Neill conducts the Harding University Chamber Singers and Concert Choir. He has adjudicated and directed festival choirs and clinics with high school students in Colorado, Texas, Kansas and Arkansas.

Kelly has sung professionally as a soloist and in professional choirs throughout the United States.
